Analysis and mechanical design are the fundamental steps to transform ideas into industrializable products by interacting with the electronic, fluid-dynamic and electrical aspects of the device. The objective of mechanical design is to obtain a complete, functional, safe and efficient final design with acceptable costs. Spin, a mechanical engineering company, thanks to the team’s multidisciplinary approach and the use of professional calculation software, is able to simultaneously study all aspects of the mechanical design of electrical and electromechanical devices using a workflow that meets the highest quality standards.
Thanks to our experience, we have various consultancy and/or mechanical design collaborations with several leading companies in the automotive, aerospace, industry and rail sectors, supporting the customer in all the different design phases from the initial idea to the delivery of the functional prototype ready for industrialization.
To support our projects, we use professional calculation software from the Altair suite with which we can carry out linear and non-linear analyses, modal analyses, vibro-acoustic analyses, device optimization, multibody analyses and process analyses. Furthermore, thanks to our in-house laboratory, it is possible to characterize construction materials and make use of a test bench to test prototypes and optimize the device at the design stage.
