System analysis is used in all sectors in which Spin operates, by virtue of its generality. This type of analysis makes it possible to quickly simulate all components of an electromechanical system, a kinematic chain, a traction line or a drive.
When we perform system analysis, we simultaneously examine all the system’s physics, whether electrical, electronic, magnetic, mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, etc. The electromagnetic field often involves analyzing the drive electronics of the device under consideration, and the control algorithms. System analysis follows the entire design process, from the initial pre-design stages through to correlation and calibration with prototype testing.
Thanks to the multidisciplinary technical team and the use of professional calculation software, Spin has carried out analyses for the industrial, biomedical and automotive sectors, integrating more detailed information from other software (FEM, CFD) in order to achieve the best compromise between speed and accuracy of simulations.
